Jason Noble: Owner/MD One International City Life?.
Jason Noble is a fraudster/con-artist who now operates One International City Life/. He is the MD/. His previous roles include Area Manager at De Vere and Partners where he easily made £400,000 per annum tax-free and Vice President at Globaleye,. He holds a degree in Art and Photography from Coventry University (Polytechnic) and no financial qualifications?. In fact, he is rather proud of the fact that he does hold any relevant qualifications or awards;.
Easily recognised, Noble, is very short approximately 5’6” or put another way, he is a dwarf. He has brilliant white teeth and a severe aversion to sunscreen; therefore he has a certain ‘Sammy-Davis Junior’ quality about him. He is a pathetic excuse for a man.
Prior to deciding to become an IFA Noble worked in the UK as a skiing instructor and an office worker at a security firm. He has two daughters very similar in age, by two different women. Class.
He is extremely manipulative and calculating. Beware.
He was dismissed from DV&P for bullying subordinates, blocking commission payments, stealing clients from colleagues and acting in a non-compliant, self-satisfying manner. He held this position for roughly two years.
He poached a number of his former team to work with him at Globaleye. He was later dismissed for similar reasons to the above, a mere 12 months later. A majority of his team followed him, yet again. Except for Jennifer Owens, who remained at Globaleye, despite their personal relationship.
Most of his contacts originated from the contact he made who held a senior position within Allied Pickfords. A company that specialises in relocating expatriates around the world. Therefore the insider had the very personal information of countless new arrivals in the UAE. Noble successfully utilised this private information to his advantage, the 'sharing' of which would constitute a contravention of the data protection act. This is ethically unsound and the insider was dismissed from the company as a result.
The ruthless tactics he employs are Machiavellian to say the very least. His modus operandi is simple; hit the client for as much as they can afford for as long as possible. Anything short of that is a poor result.
Furthermore, without the appropriate qualifications and the absence of a ‘proper’ FS firm on his CV, he does not have the knowledge, experience or intuition that comes from such a combination. His overall level of qualification is inadequate, so much so that he would not be able to acquire a trainee position in a reputable FS firm, yet he is the MD of a firm in the UAE.
He recruits (not dissimilar to DV&P, Globaleye, etc,.) sales people. Not IFAs. He has no respect for the profession and therefore no respect for actual professionals within the realm of FS. For example, one of his ‘senior relationship managers’, Darren Preece, is a 22 year old with no formal academic qualifications, no financial qualifications and no proper work experience (met Noble at DV&P and has been loyal ever since). He is a telesales coordinator who works like a dog with little understanding of what he’s actually selling. The work ethic cannot be questioned; he is little more than a simple lad from Liverpool who is highly impressionable. Noble relies on his keen ability to manipulate such people to his own advantage.
Noble’s behaviour at the recent Amber Lounge function following the Abu Dhabi F1 GP was nothing short of hysterical. Again he was masquerading as a successful IFA that has recently gone into business for himself. Demonstrating yet another disgraceful bastardisation of the truth.
This post is intended to shed light on the disgusting practices of offshore IFAs, such as Noble and as a result I strongly urge expatriates in the UAE amongst other offshore destinations to avoid dealing with such individuals and their companies.
Noble will be making a fortune, don’t let him fatten his mattress with your savings!

Written by BORED OF THIS on February 28, 2012 from -, -, AE This post is an absolute joke, anyone that reads this and actually takes this seriously must be mad, the industry that one international are part of would be seen anywhere else in the world as a professional industry, but because of sad individuals that have nothing better to do that than slag competitors off and bring the industry down, if all of the companies in the UAE just got on with what they set up to do and that’s provide advice to expats and stopped slagging each other off on websites like this, then maybe expats might trust us more, you can look up any company on here, DeVere, AES, Global Eye and so on and nearly every company has something written about them, this web site is a joke as its meant to be a complaint sight about a bad experience with a company and all the blogs are personal vendettas against certain people. I know Jason Noble Very well and I think the original comment from UAE Oracle is a joke, your obviously someone that has failed to work with Jason or jealous at the fact he worked his way up to management at DeVere then became VP at Global eye and now owns his own company, if you spent more time making yourself successful instead of writing **** about people who work there *** off to provide his lovely daughters a better life, then you might be so busy working you wouldn’t be jealous, also know people that work with Jason and he is too kind, he has lost thousands from helping people in the past, paying their rent, bailing them out paying for their flights back to their families and for what for them people then to fail at this job, leave his company, slag him off and don’t pay him back because they failed, all I say is grow up, you make your own success in this world don’t blame anyone else. And for Lucy, there are lots of companies out there to choose from, high turnover in this industry is not uncommon and part of that is lack of support and training from the companies out there, so UAE Oracle to make out one international has the worst turnover is wrong, I worked at DeVere and saw 40 + people come and go and friends that have worked in other companies have said the same for them too, so when making your choice find out what training is provided, what support, the quality of staff and so on, this industry is fantastic to work in if you work with good people, work hard and that look at this job the way it should be, the same as places like the UK then your do well, it’s a great career if you get it right and with certain companies you have the chance to move to different countries too, and most of all with hard work and being ethical you can make good money too. This blog must stop now it’s just childish, UAE Oracle you’re probably just some sad little man that’s bitter and twisted and I would love to find out who you are and if you had a family so then we could all right about your personal life all over the internet, just grow up. Expats reading this don’t be put off by idiots that just want to put down there competition, the solutions these companies offer you are regulated solutions that we all need, we all need to protect ourselves for the worst situations like death, we all need to save money, we all care about retirement and most off all we all want a better future for our kids if we have some, so don’t let the bully boys of UAE, put you off, or sad people like UAE Oracle make you be put off, I would put money UAE Oracle works in the industry. (disclose yourself you sad person) Anyone wanting to join One International or any other company in this industry, make the right choice, like I said above to Lucy, look for key things, it’s a great job if idiots like UAE Oracle didn’t put a black cloud over things. Hard work, motivation, learn your industry, don’t rip people off and this job is amazing, when I was working in the industry it made me proud to know that thanks to me I have probably helped someone out either for their financial future or to protect them if it all went wrong, I’m a family man and this job I was proud of to tell my family about. Like I said before I know Jason personally, if you have any problems with him or want to know the truth, he would have no problem meeting anyone to discuss people’s concerns, the guy just wants to be successful like anyone else and he will support anyone that respects him, so anyone out there that is bitter with him, they probably can’t admit they failed themselves so they blame him. There are some decent firms out there, but you will have to do your homework as I will not make recommendations. |

Leave it at that. This page provides a pretty thorough character assassination of at least two individuals, but to what end? None. Some very personal and unpleasant things have been posted, that in all honesty don't have anything to do with either 1) or 2). If you feel that the best use of your time (and your questionable qualification) is to troll through cyberspace shooting off unpleasantries, then that it itself does not indicate a *** of a lot about expat retirement or planning.
